提高导热油炉热效率的方法

为了提高导热油锅炉的热效率,设计时就要进行各种分析研究通过研究及FG多年经验发现,通常采用下述四种方法中的某一种方法或它们之间的组合方法,就能达到提高炉子热效率的目的。

  1、增加对流段传热面积。增加传热面积可以提高炉子热效率。但是,一般来说辐射段传热面积因炉排的尺寸或燃烧器的形状而有一个适当的范围,过分增加辐射段传热面积并非上策。所以,通常采用增加对流段传FGS热面积的方法,从而达到提高炉子热效率的目的。

1, increase the heat transfer area ofthe convection section. Increasing the heat transfer area can increase thethermal efficiency of the furnace. But in general radiation section heattransfer area due to the shape of the grate size or burner and a proper range,excessive radiation heat transfer area is not the best of segments. Therefore,it is usually used to increase the heat transfer area of the FGS, so as toachieve the purpose of improving the thermal efficiency of the furnace.

  2、设置空气预热器。提WE高导热油炉的热效率最有效的措施之一是采用空气预热器进行热回收。但是采用空气预热器的最大问题是当使用含硫燃料时容易发生材料低温腐蚀。为了把这种腐蚀控制在一定程度,应根据燃料内含硫量的多少,对低温区的金FGF属温度设定一个最低的界限。为此,对烟气在空气预热器出口的温度也要有一个制约。这样就可以确定出能够达到的最高热效率。

To this end, the temperature of the flue gas in the airpreheater outlet must have a control. In this way, the maximum thermalefficiency can be determined.

  3、采用废热锅炉进行热回收。采用废热锅炉是利用从导热油炉排出的烟气废热中的热量来加热水或产生蒸汽。设置这种废热锅炉不会改变热油炉本身的燃料消耗量,废热锅炉产生的热水或发G生的蒸汽可以用于生产和采暖,从而可以间接地节省燃料。DGF置废热锅炉有如下效果:一是由于用水进行热回收,所以容易提高炉子的热效率。二是由于可以将数台导热油炉的烟气集中FGS进行热回收,因此可以减少单位回收热量的建设费用。

4、降低过剩空气率。在导热油炉设计时可以通过降低过剩空气率来提高炉子的热效率。为了降低过剩

空气率,通常设置空气入口挡板,以便进行燃烧空气的调节。对燃油或燃气型的热油炉,可以采用低过剩空气型烧嘴。
